What EncryptChat X Does
EncryptChat X provides end-to-end encrypted messaging. Your messages are encrypted on your device before sending, and only the recipient can decrypt them. We cannot read your messages.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to use EncryptChat X responsibly and legally. You will NOT use this app to:
- Share child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Facilitate human trafficking or exploitation
- Distribute illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Send threats of violence or harm
- Harass, stalk, or intimidate others
- Share non-consensual intimate images
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws
These are serious violations. We may cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
Reporting Violations
If you receive content that violates these terms, you can report it through the app which sends an email to our team. We review all reports and take appropriate action.
Privacy
Your privacy is our priority. We use end-to-end encryption, which means:
- We cannot read your messages
- We do not store your message content
- We do not have access to your encryption keys
- All encryption happens on your device

Subscriptions
EncryptChat X offers optional paid subscriptions with additional features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
