EncryptChat X is designed with privacy at its core. All encryption and decryption happens entirely on your device. We do not operate servers, collect data, or have access to your messages.

We do not have servers that store or process your data. Everything stays on your device.

Local Analytics

EncryptChat X may collect anonymized usage data such as encryption and decryption events, feature usage, and performance metrics. This data is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to any server.

No message content is ever included
You can disable analytics in Settings
You can clear all analytics data at any time

How Encryption Works

You type a message in the app.
The message is encrypted on your device using military-grade encryption.
You share the encrypted message via iMessage or any other method.
Only the recipient with the correct key or password can decrypt it.

We never see your messages. We cannot read them, store them, or provide them to anyone.

Reporting Concerns

If you receive content that violates our Terms of Service, you can report it through the app which sends an email to our team. You may optionally choose to include the decrypted message content in your report. Reports are reviewed manually and appropriate action is taken when violations are confirmed.

Third Parties

We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data. The only external service used is Apple's App Store for subscription management, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
